What is coaching? Coaching is a relationship between you and your coach; everything is 100% confidential for both parties. You are the expert in your life, and our coaching helps you connect to you, your wisdom and take action to create the life you want. Coaching is NOT advice/counseling or therapy. What should you expect during a coaching session? We cover your previous assignments, review your wins and any changes in your goals or focus. There are natural ups and downs during coaching sessions. I’m here to interrupt your patterns, challenge you, and ask you difficult questions with your permission. Role as your coach I’m here to help you set, clarify and maintain focus on your goals. I will hold you accountable for what you say you are going to do. I will help you establish your solutions and strategies. I will encourage, support, and believe in you even when you may not. I’m a master at helping you come to grips with your gremlins so you can appreciate the lessons they have taught you along the way. Sometimes they are valuable lessons to keep, and sometimes it’s a wake-up call to say goodbye to him or her. Role as a Client To be open and honest or tell me when you can’t be. Most people come away saying, “I’ve never told anyone this before.” Great, this is where the real work can take place for you to adopt meaningful changes. Be willing to adopt a positive outlook on self and life.Be ready to be fully accountable for your life decisions and actions.You are responsible for your results.
